I have to admit it… I’m lucky I was able to even find part-time work, but I hate waking up at 2:30 in the morning just to get dressed, brush my teeth, and drive to work for a shift at 4:00 AM. Other than that, though, life is still doing its thing. There’s a new café in town centre I want to try tomorrow after work, so that should be a bit of excitement.

It has been so long since I last used Windows XP on original hardware. Sure, I've used Windows XP on virtual machines before, but it's not quite the same as using original hardware. First off, I want to say that this was an impulse purchase (to be honest, it was £37.50 well spent on eBay). The PC heats up quickly even when doing a basic Google search on myPal, which is a Firefox-compatible browser for XP. After some amount of tinkering, I also got Outlook Express 6 to properly send and receive emails from my Gmail inbox. That's pretty nifty, I would say...

I recently picked up a Samsung N130 from eBay! To be fair, it was an impulse purchase for sure. Inside of this netbook is an Intel Atom N270, 2GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 160GB HDD...
